I can't log in and need to reset my password
No worries! Click this link for the log in page then simply click the link below the LOG IN button that says 'Forgot password?', put in your email address and click submit. If are still having trouble logging in or resetting your password, simply scroll to the bottom of any DTO page, click the link to SUPPORT on the bottom right and write in your question to review our knowledge base info OR be directed to a tech support person directly.
How do I have a custom playlist made for me for free?
Simply click here to go to our member service page, fill that out, send it in, and Crystal will reach out to directly to help discuss your training needs and create a custom playlist just for you. All free!
How do I find a specific trainer or judge and how can I recommend a trainer to be added?
You can go to our SEARCH page and type in the name of the trainer or judge you're look for or scroll through our list in the category page for TRAINERS or our JUDGING category. If you don't find the trainer you're looking for, please feel free to send us a recommendation to email@example.com.
Video or audio quality and helmets
Please note, we have a huge library. Some of the videos are older and in Standard Definition only. The content is remains relevant even though they may not be up to current safety standards (there are a few videos without helmet use) or current High Definition, professionally shot technical standards.
How do I setup ROKU?
We offer a Roku channel, through our host, where you can watch your instant access purchases. The channel is called Intelivideo. Your login credentials for Roku is the email address associated with your instant access account and your PIN. Your PIN was included in the welcome email and you can also find it on the "My Account" page after you log in. FIRST - Press the Home icon on your remote to open the main screen. SECOND - Scroll up or down and select Streaming Channels to access the Channel Store. THIRD - Search for the Intelivideo channel, and press OK on your remote to open the details screen. FOURTH - Select Add Channel to install the channel on your Roku device. If you have a Roku account PIN, then you will be required to enter it. FINALLY - Once installed, use your email address and PIN associated with your Intelivideo account to access your content on the Intelivideo channel.
